In the workplace, they are characterized as possessing excellent interpersonal skills, and measuring work ethic on timeliness, productivity, and not drawing attention (University of Missouri Extension).
Your grandmother owns a farm that uses all organic methods to grow tomatoes. She also has many varieties that are not available in the mass market. She has always sold to local grocers and through word of mouth. She wants to expand the business and sell more product to more people.
