Write and develop an APA formatted 4 to 6-page paper that explains four exemplary leadership practices,. Identify the key elements of your plan to strengthen your practice of leadership. Use examples from your own experience, and use research along with in-text citations that provide a foundation of validity to your analysis.
Ensure that your in-text citations match your references, also you must have 10 peer reviewed references that must match the citations which should also be 10. Note that books are not peer reviewed so don’t cite books.

The presentation will consist of your major findings, analysis, and recommendations in a concise presentation of 15 slides (minimum) not including the title page and reference page. ). An agenda, introduction ,,executive summary, and references slides should also be included, and this should not be part of your 15 slide. Also ensure that you have graphics as part of your slides. Also you must have 10 peer reviewed references for the slides, but you don’t necessarily have to do in text citation for slides unless you define something.Presentations should not exceed 18 minutes, so remember to use bullet point mostly in doing your slides.
