Executive Summary
Part I
A mentoring program is a great tool for any organization that wishes to develop their employees so that they careers can be productive. Such a program allows the employee to understand that the organization cares about the development of their careers (Stone, 2017). When it is in place, employees’ career can develop with ease since they are offered coaching and mentoring lessons that help develop their careers. As a result, companies need to have such programs in place so as to enhance the motivation of employees while at the same time developing their careers. The mentoring program that the organization should pursue ought to be a formal one. In a formal mentoring program, the mentors and the mentees understand the role and responsibilities that they are supposed to play since they are properly written out.
