An organization’s values are established acceptable standards of conduct for every member of that organization. Changes in standards over a period of time influence an organizations culture. The standards of accompanying are mainly conveyed to it associates through the administrative policies that largely and directly concern them. Policies have unintentional costs that take substantial duration to reach the notice of the managers.
