feedback and memo
I need some one to write two different feedback for my instruction set, and write a memo (250-500 words) describing who you chose to test on (what is their experience and level of proficiency with software of this type?) and what kind of feedback you received.

In this feedback the person giving the instruction set has gone too far in the introduction. The person giving the instruction has jumped the step of explain where you get the Google drive because not everyone knows how to locate it.
