Case
In the past, there have been many cases that have been decided by different courts of law across the country. Some of these cases have great JNOVs also known in full as Judgement notwithstanding Verdict. An example of such a case that I identified is Obergefell v. Hodges. 576 U.S. ___ (2015). The case considered to be a landmark decision by the United States Supreme Court on the civil rights of Americans. The Supreme Court ruled that everyone in the country had a fundamental right to marry regardless of whether they are of the same sex or not.
