According to McChrystal, the counterterrorism efforts in contradiction of al Qaeda commenced, narrowly focusing on the high intelligence degree in addition to incredible secrecy which worked before the 9/11, however, after the 9/11 specifically in Iraq the extent of al Qaeda movements blew up giving the U.S a network to dismantle.
