Good Speech
When looking for a good speech, I searched through the Ted.com website for three presentations that were in my opinion effective. The first presentation is one by Judson Brewer. In the presentation, Brewer discusses a simple way that can be adopted by people who want to break bad habits (Brewer, 2019).
