Some grant writers believe that grant proposal writing is analogous to making a sale analogous to making a sale. Indeed, a key facet of the grant proposal is to describe the existing program, technology, or building space and demonstrate a need for an upgrade.

Introduction

            There are various programs and technologies that the law enforcers in different City States across the Globe use to eradicate crimes. Unlike there before, where majority of investigations were conducted manually, it is paramount that most of the investigations are done with the use of highly sophisticated gadgets that make the work of law enforcers easier. One of the programs that the law enforcers engage in is the tracking of stolen vehicles and all unwanted vehicles through the use of Automatic License Plate Recognition technology. To this extent, therefore, this paper seeks, to explore and discuss the use of Automatic License Technology by the law enforcers, analyze the significant of the program, and give the reasons why the program need an upgrade.
