Give three examples of visible diversity and three examples of non-visible diversity. Briefly discuss each example.
The three examples visible diversity will include a person’s gender, age, and their race. The gender will focus on the sexual identity of a person which can either be female or male. The gender will rely on specific characteristics such as a person’s gender identity, social structures which are sex-based and biological sex. For persons who will not identify themselves as either male or females, they will recognize as genderqueer (Dunham, 2014).
