- Strategies to cope with stress
There are strategies that one can be used to deal with stress issues. Some of the ways, however, may be effective while some ineffective. Practical ways of managing stress are that one could take a break from the issues that seem to be giving them pressure. For example, if it is your job that is causing the stress one may take a break from going on vacation. Eating well may also reduce the stress levels. Some of the stresses that we have are due to bad eating habits that raise our acidity levels in the systems causing us to be stressed. Eating well may, therefore, reduce the stress.
