The employees when they keep the ethical standards in view can point out unethical behaviors whenever they arise and make the right decisions that affect the company. Ethics deals with the moral values and dedication of an individual and they are the key to assisting an employee to make the right decision by providing guidance when one is faced with a dilemma.
