help with this assignment
Using your initial ideas (from weeks 4 through 5) as a spring board, write an essay that articulates your understanding of cosmopolitanism and the capabilities approach and the implications of these theories for education. Draw on readings from the course to begin to build a conceptual framework considering the questions: Can and should education promote cosmopolitan identities? Is it possible for education to promote social justice and cultural diversity? If so, what kind of education can advance social justice, from a capabilities perspective? Provide a few examples of what this might look like in practice.
NOTE: You do not have to answer all the guiding questions, but rather draw on these two theoretical approaches to construct a framework that allows you to articulate the implications of these two key approaches for education and promoting social justice. Your final product should read as an integrated essay and not “short answers” to each of the questions above.
To address these questions, please return to the readings from the past two weeks making connections to cosmopolitanism, the capabilities approach, and the implications of these theories on education. First, please briefly summarize the implications for pedagogy that stems from cosmopolitan and capabilities perspectives as described by some key theorists (ex., Hansen, Walker, etc.).
Then, you may BRIEFLY (no more than 1-2 paragraphs) describe the extent to which your own educational experiences are consistent with these perspectives. Alternatively, you may describe an “ideal” (but specific, don’t be vague in your descriptions!) conceptualization of educational practice that is informed by the framework you articulate. You may find it easier to narrow in on one particular stage in education (e.g. primary school, secondary school, or college). You may also draw on other course materials to support your argument.

Education Approaches
Societies thrive on the existence of a population capable of supporting development, abiding by the set principles, and ensuring sustainability of resources therein. In simpler terms, were there not a set of guiding principles that determine such persona conduct, then the chances of the survival of any given society, then the survival of any society would be at stake. Education presents a learning opportunity, through which people acclimate to the needs of the society therein. Notably, every society has an organized approach to formulating an ideal education policy, which makes it possible to determine the ideal future for different generations of learners. However, the approach used in education delivery contributes to the perspective on the life of the learning population, which makes it essential for a government to develop the most ideal policy.
