History of Christianity in Africa
You will turn in your fourth (of four) papers on the history of Christianity in Africa, Latin America, and Asia. You will complete a
shorter paper (3-5 pages) on each of these continents in Workshops Two, Three, and Four, and a longer paper (6 pages) on one of them (your choice) in Workshop Five.
Upon successful completion of this workshop, you will be able to:
Outline the history of Latin America, Africa, or Asia including key people, places, and events.
For the final paper, students will write a larger research paper (6- pages) on the history of Christianity in one of the regions (Africa, Latin America, Asia) on which the short histories were written. While the research paper is larger historical work, the short history of the region will serve as the foundation for the writing of the research paper.
