Motivation
Motivation in its most basic definition refers to the reason for human actions, goals, and willingness. The word was derived from the phrase motive which refers to the needs and desires by individuals that required to be fulfilled or met. Motivation is an important aspect that helps explain various actions that are undertaken by people in the society. Without such motivation, it would be impossible for individuals to collectively meet the goals and expectations that they desire or that are desired by others. Individuals who are highly motivated are more likely to be more productive and exemplify great performance that can over time improve their outlook towards their careers and personal lives. The aim of this essay is to assess motivation in relation to some of the movies that have been screened thus far. They include Star Wars: Episode VIII: The Last Jedi, Pulp Fiction, Children of Men, and No Country for Old Men.
