I need a reflective essay.

 Discrimination can occur as a result of several factors which arise in lives of human beings at sometimes. Some of the key factors that can bring forward discrimination include; poverty, racism as well as gender. These three do not occur because of the wish of human beings, but they are unavoidable although people argue that poverty can be avoided to some extent. In case of gender and race, these are not selected.
