Details: . For this assignment, imagine the following scenario. You happen to be waiting in the lobby of a convention center for a friend when a group of attendees take up the space behind you. From what you gather, half of the group seem to be attorneys and the other half are licensed healthcare providers. You truly are not trying to eavesdrop, but the volume of the conversation is growing louder as each side seems adamant as to the legitimacy of their claims. One side is arguing that the law is the higher standard while the other is suggesting that it is in fact ethics. The attorneys are presenting some valid points about jail term, fines, etc. However, the providers are holding their own with loss of licensure, audits, etc.

In a 2 to 3 page Microsoft based paper, present the pros and cons to each side of the argument as it relates to which is a higher standard; the law or ethics. Conclude your position analysis paper as to which side you believe has the strongest argument. If you believe that both sides are equal, provide a justification. Be sure to provide scholarly (library) support for each argument point and provide a reference page.
