The individual case analysis assignment is my opportunity to measure the analytical thinking and the communication related to writing skills. Introduction
Netflix was the leading provider of video which was on demand around the globe, streaming TV series and different kind of movies to countries exceeding 190 in number and to over 83 million interested subscribers. The founder of the company was Marc Randolph together with Reed Hastings. They both found the company in Scotts Valley, California on August 29, 1997. After seeing the love the Americans had for entertainment and been fined $40 for taking back a movie which he had rented six weeks later after the return date, Hastings came up with an idea of establishing a video on demand and subscription-based service.
