In my opinion, integrity is the state of being honest and having moral uprightness. Integrity is one of the most important aspects that are desired by many institutions. The quality of being honest ensures that an individual is truthful to self and others through application of consistently high standards. When an individual is truthful, they can be trusted by other people since their actions are accurate and cannot amount to any social vices that are observed within a given society. In learning institutions, integrity refers to the state of being truthful in various academic activities and being honest with the various dealings that take place within the classroom environment.
