Integumentary, Smooth Muscle Relaxants
Details: Choose an integumentary disease process or a disorder for which smooth muscle relaxants would be prescribed. Provide a case study on your selected condition that you make up or from your personal experiences (maintain HIPAA). Find an evidence-based guideline or evidence-based journal article related to the disease you chose. Your case study should include pertinent patient demographics, a chief complaint, subjective and objective health history components, review of systems (HEENT, CV, GI, etc.), focused assessment, and treatment plan based on evidence. Also discuss any special monitoring for expected effects, potential adverse effects, or specific legal or ethical ramifications related to your case study. Your case study presentation may be presented as a ppt uploaded into the discussion.
