Internal alignment refers to the diverse skills within an organization which enables the business to form a pay structure to support workforce within an organization. The organization requires different skills that are related differently when considering the payments (Pardo, Ivens & Wilson, 2013).

Internal alignment influences the workers’ behavior towards the business objectives by increasing employee’s motivation. The Workforce also affects the level of productivity. To fund the workforce, the business has to design a pay structure to fund the workforce for efficiency work delivery. The organization may formulate a strategic plan that focuses on what the company wants to achieve.
