Building schools are not enough like building them and have them occupied by students who are in search of knowledge. In developing countries, the schools may be established but lack pupils to fill them. This is brought by various factors like poverty which leads to the inability to afford school fees. Most of the countries offer free education up to the primary level, and the burden is left to the parent to cater for the remaining secondary as well as tertiary levels of education. If they are unable, then the child will have no option other than abandoning school.
