For this activity you will be forced to argue for one perspective. (Again, even if you do not actually agree, you must argue for the position you have been assigned!)

Addressing Theme 1 by:

1. Defining and describing transformational leadership.

2. Describing what it means to lead with influence.

1. Describing three reasons why transformational leaders cannot influence without authority).
