Mr. Logan describes a tribe as a group consisting of between 20 and 150 individuals sharing a common culture. He says that these tribes act as a basis on which a society is built, and good things happen (Logan, 2009). Formation of tribes been there in the past and will still exist even in the future. Every tribe is unique, and this is due to culture. Mr. Logan provides the five stages of tribal leadership (Logan, 2009).
