(Links to an external site.)In this first stage, you explored a definition of leadership in the textbook. Please find a definition of leadership, followership, and teams to use that you find meaningful, descriptive, and encompassing your beliefs. These definitions will become the foundational building blocks to your final project.
You will submit these definitions in Stage 2/Unit 2.
You can use a heading for this section (Definitions) and later place these definitions in the section of your choosing.
Due Date
You do not need to submit anything for this first week. You will submit your Word document with headings and definitions (leadership, followership, and teams) next unit.

REQUIREMENTS
Each student will research and have at least four quality sources/references for this project. Sources are defined as major periodicals or major books from well-known authors. In-class materials, textbooks, and Internet sources may be used in the paper, but they do not qualify as one of the four required outside sources. All sources must be documented as required by the APA handbook for proper formatting. In addition to the four sources, the paper must include at least one objective personality profile or personality assessment like the Meyers/Briggs, DiSC, Hershey/Blanchard model, etc.
