Substance abuse is among the most prolific health problems in the United States. The National institute of health ranked Alcohol second, Tobacco sixth, and Drug disorders seventh as the costliest diseases and conditions. Effective prevention can offset this astronomical burden on society and our healthcare system. It is a widely believed fact that a delay in the onset of of substance abuse greatly reduces subsequent problems later in life. Some believe that the War on Drugs is ineffective. A video is attached that explores the benefits / harms of the legalization of drugs.
