Choose one issue of a magazine, and analyze the advertisements in the magazine. How many total ads are in the magazine? How many of them objectify women? How many objectify men? What are the major messages of the advertisements in the magazine? What impact do you think these advertisements have on our society as a whole as well as on individuals?

You can create a presentation or write an analytical essay (3-5 pages) to present your information.

In as much as technology may have taken control of much of communication methods in contemporary society, some firms still depend on the older traditional means of communication for interaction with the audience. In particular, magazines and newspapers are still in circulation and attract significant interest from individuals withinterest in journalism.
