there are a variety of technologies that are essential to a criminal justice agency (computer aided dispatch-cad and mobile data terminals-mdt). in addition, there are a variety of issues that arise during the procurement and implementation of new technology. which issue do you believe is the most problematic during the procuring and implementation of a cad or mdt system? also, please explain how would you address this issue?
