Strategic Management Hierarchy
Every organization requires a well formulated hierarchy system that allows for each segment to perform towards the achievement of set goals and objectives. The whole process is facilitated by four major levels which include corporate, business unit and functional or departmental all which complement each other. I find all levels equally important starting with the enterprise level as it defines the social, political as well as management strategies of an organization and is used in decision making.
