One of the private boat owners asks what he should look for when he is out on the ocean which may help the Department of Homeland Security. Describe your response to his question.

The Congress has managed to draft laws which will give the customs officers power. The power will be given to the Custom and Border Protection which is one of the branches of the Department of Homeland Security. The customs officers will monitor the entries to the country from the surrounding water. The laws drafted giving the customs officers much power is to ensure the ports of entry are protected at all cost. Hence, this will ensure that no persons with questionable character will be allowed to gain entry into the country through legal and through illegal means.
