For this week, compose a proposal for your final marketing plan project. Your proposal should be about one double-spaced page, and include (in bullets):
The product that you want to address from a new target and modified product perspective? (For example: If you picked Charmin as your product, simply say: I’d like to work on Charmin toilet tissue for this project.)
The publicly traded company that makes the product. What stock market is it traded on and what is its stock symbol? (For example: If you picked Charmin as your product, here you would say: The publicly traded company that makes Charmin is Procter & Gamble. It is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol PG.) NOTE the requirements for the company you can select as shown in the attached document… The company name must start with the first letter of your last name or the letter that follows that letter in the alphabet.)
Your initial thinking on what new target you would like to promote the product to. Here’s your opportunity to give some preliminary thoughts as to the new target you are proposing for the product and how you’ll get information on that target, as well as your initial thoughts about how you think you might need to modify the product, the packaging, the marketing approach, etc. This is JUST INITIAL THINKING so I can understand what you’re proposing and so I can potentially provide some advice. Bullets are fine.

This assignment is required to move forward with your marketing plan. Your submission will receive feedback designating either “approval to move forward” or “not approved to move forward”. This “proposal” assignment is not calculated in your overall grade.
