The History of Gospel

The Gospels which are covered as the first four books of the New Testament in the Bible tell the story of the life of Jesus. Nevertheless, only the Gospel of John claims to be an account of the spectator of the work of Jesus. It is yet not clear who wrote the book but several theologians attempt to answer this question.

The topic covered in chapter 12 demonstrates the respect as well as the special interest which is witnessed in the study of the history of the Gospel of John. While analyzing the New Testament, the Gospel of John is usually viewed as the most recent document that put little value to the history of Jesus.
