Causes and Effects of Personal Happiness
Personal happiness is a crucial part of human emotions, perceived differently regarding causes and effects. The main purpose of joy based on research and personal experience is self-satisfaction with the current situation as well as future ambitions. When one is comfortable with his/her experiences regardless of how disturbing they are, that individual is more likely to attain happiness (Almeida, 2015). The future is also part of what influences personal satisfaction as the instances of uncertainty stand out to be the thieves of joy and cause worry instead.
Happiness has many effects on the individuals experiencing it as their emotional and social positions change accordingly. One gains the kind of confidence that attracts other people either at work or other relations as they feel more secure around such like an individual.
