The RN-BSN program is organized to align with the National League for Nursing’s Education Competencies Model for the Baccalaureate prepared nurse. The National League for Nursing (NLN) identifies core values which support integrating concepts embedded in the curriculum. The CF RN-BSN program courses are designed to educate and enlighten the student in a transformative manner to encourage growth into the professional nurse role.
The NLN core values and integrating concepts are reviewed in your student handbook available under the Syllabus tab in Canvas.

Introduction
Healthcare is a very important sector in our daily lives as it deals with the welfare of the people in terms of their health. Therefore, taking up nursing as a course is not a decision that one takes lightly. Unlike other professions, it deals with the lives of people hence the need for precision when taking the course.
