Over the last years, institution have come to appreciate student athlete advisory role who reaps accomplishments in interdepartmental success. Recently athletes students number has increased with advisory team reporting 457, 000 graduates completing in 2017 academic year (Weiss & Robinson, 2013). The advisory management is a team made up of different departments in Western University. This team is dedicated to lifelong and well-being accomplishments of college student-athletes. With over 400,000 college athletics students participating in first, second and third division sports (Berger & Lyon, 2005) advisory management has made significant growth in women and men in sports and athletes. The advisory team is made up of student athlete college presidents, directors, advisory officers, compliance officers and many other staff members. The advisory is the governing body which maintains a system of checks and balances for schools to abide by. The advisory management team is divided into different apartments.
