1) Problems faced in the hotel industry include;
-Difficulties in placing the orders- sometimes it arises some challenges when customers place an order. There exist some differences at times between what a customer wants and what is available. In-room service has this problem whereby a customer can call in and makes an order which he/she is made to believe that whatever food they have ordered is available only for them to receive a call and being told that the food is not served at the hotel.
