It is our responsibility as customers to be alert of what we consume for the purpose of staying healthy. No person should place the responsibility of his/her own on the hands of another person, or group such as the commercial industries. Besides, when these commercial outlets realize people are more alert about their food choices they always tend to reduce the production of the avoided products and increasing the productivity of desired healthy foods free from unhealthy ingredients.
