What is that project? Provide complete description.
The business project I undertook entailed a market research, which intended the customers’ responses to a customer loyalty card, which the J.C. Penny Company had introduced. The project team was made up of three students with me being the leader. We completed it within one month and handed the results to the retail store’s chief executive officer to implement the findings we discovered in the study. During the project, we had to ensure it meets the business needs and goals of the J.C. Company. Thus, we had to focus on the crucial aspects of the project to avoid coming up with wrong conclusions.
