The main problem in Market Basket is the issue is poor management. One of the problems seen is that they fired eight managers within the company; during the six-week protest the company did not open its stores due to the firing of Arthur T, Ton et al, (2015). these managers had so many years of company experience and losing that kind of experience was going to be detrimental to the entire organization.
