Capacity management is the capability to satisfy a customer’s needs using the available resources. It can also be described as the management of an organization’s restricted resources like raw materials, labor, and machinery among others. Usually, the needed yields during manufacturing resource limitations are handled through reorganizing the workforce or working for an extra time.
