In light of the first case study involving Kuwait Kickbacks, the ethical issue portrayed in the article include corruption, bribing, trading secrets and unfair competition. The people who benefited from the moral lapses involving bribery and other forms of corruption include Ahmed al Mishari together with his subsidiary Aviation Lease and Finance Company that was located in Bermuda. Additionally, El Fekih who was the vice president of Airbus, El Fekih also benefited from the legal and ethical lapses that were done by the company.
