Corporate culture is described by an organization’s beliefs, behavior, and values. Every organization has a unique culture to achieve its main objectives. Thus, there are many perceptions about the meaning of organizational culture. Corporate culture is the organizations’ traits that describe the organization’s practices, expectations, and performances. On the other hand, organizational culture can also be defined as how a corporate institution do their work (Watkins, 2017). Due to the changes and advancement of corporate performances, corporate culture can be defined in many ways. Every leader should encourage and develop a culture that will improve the organization’s performance. Organizational culture is crucial because it defines an organization’s identity. It also allows workers who feel valued at the organization to stay, thus supporting the institution’s mission statements and core values (Anonymous, 2020). Corporate culture integrates leaders, workers, and other organization stakeholders in achieving the organization’s goals. Working as a team will improve the organization’s performance and boost the employees’ morale. It is the mandate of every corporate leader to establish a solid organizational culture to boost its productivity.
