You are not required to share any actual educational setting as part of this course, but it may be a way to inform and involve your colleagues of your plans for a project to improve an issue in the setting. It will also help you look ahead to EDD8020: The Dynamics of Organizational Improvement, where you are introduced to the processes of research and writing needed to make you successful in this program and EDD8030: Investigating Problems of Practice, where you will begin to focus and develop the problem of practice that will become the focus of your capstone project. You will end this course by creating a beginning place for the rest of your journey.
