please note: you can present your experiences without identifying the organization(s) involved. you have all probably experienced being the new person in an organization or working with new employees. as college students, you experienced being the "new" person when you began studies at elsewhere. what helped make the transition easier? what hindered you or others? as you read chapter 13, what could the organization(s) have done to make the orientation process more effective for you and others?
