It supports gender equality and those who form part of the minority. 32 percent of those employed by Apple are female, 9 percent are from the black community, and 12 percent are Hispanic. Apple has a workforce of 125000 people. 37 percent of those who were hired in the last 12 months were females. Of the 80000 staff in the US, 27 percent of those who got hired came from the minority communities that were underrepresented.
