Over the last one decade, Samsung Company had entirely rebranded itself as the best high-end smartphone and electronics seller worldwide. However, recently the company has been experiencing tough issues that basically have severe financial implications for the company. These problems include issues of branding and exploding phones that forces the company to issue a product recall. According to Chen, Et al (2009), a product recall is mainly the method of repossessing and swapping substandard goods for their consumers.
For instance, exploding phones is one of the major issues faced by Samsung Company. Previously the Samsung Galaxy 7 smartphones have recorded a higher number of explodes and thus the company has spent quite a large amount of money while trying to do an extra research on how to modify the gadgets, through hiring much-trained technicians and training the existing ones.
