Environment and surrounding of Tai chi
Tai chi is a martial art mostly belonging to the Chinese people and which is practiced internally and is done both for health and defense training methods. Taichi was taken as a martial art, but it also practiced for other personal reasons like demonstration competition, when competing in the wrestling in the form of pushing hands and acquiring good longevity (Bygren et al., 1996).There exist different forms of training the Taichi which is modern and as well as traditional. These forms agree with those targets with opposing emphasis.
