I agree with Laura that Mintzberg organization model is a good setup for any organisation. Its structural model is helpful to the entire system of governing an organisation. The divisions in the skeletal system work well with any organisation. Having different levels of management help minimise the workload of the executive, that’s true this will help the organisation to achieve its goals.
