Personality Assessment Primary Task Response: In this assignment, you can either assess your personality type or temperament style.
Pick and complete 1 of the following two assessments:
Option 1: Take the Keirsey Temperament Sorter to assess your temperament style.
Option 2: Take the Jung Typology TestTM to assess your personality type.
Within the Discussion Board area, write 200-300 words that respond to the following questions with your thoughts, ideas and comments. This will be the foundation for future discussions with your classmates. Be clear and use examples to reinforce your ideas.
Identify your personality type or temperament type.
Personality example: INFJ
Temperament example: Rational
Identify and explain at least 2 characteristics of your personality type or your temperament type.
For example, discuss 2 letters of INFJ and what it means about your personality.
Do you agree or disagree with your results?
Provide an example that supports why you agree or disagree with your results.
Discuss how you would work with someone in a team setting who has a different personality or temperament style.
