Conceptualize a significant improvement in the project management arena with special emphasis on a researchable area that would improve project success rates or improved value creation. Illustrate your proposal by referring to a practical example and then base your response on a proposed improvement on specific standards and relate their relevance to technology projects.

It would be important to illustrate the specific problem and then propose how one might bring about improvements. Include how one might research such an improvement.
